From Kelowna, the drive is approximately 3-4 hours heading north into the bush. GPS: 55.0°N, 124.5°W. The last 20 km is logging road — 4WD recommended, especially after rain. The main hunting areas are accessible from the road system.

Pull-off areas along the main access road. No formal parking lot. Game check station located at the main entrance during peak season. Lock your vehicle and don't leave valuables visible — these areas are remote.

Primary season: August - October. The rut period (late October to mid-November) is prime time for big game — bucks are active and responsive to calls. Mid-season typically offers the best balance of game activity and weather. Dawn and dusk are the most productive hours — plan to be in position 30 minutes before legal shooting time.
Terrain et topographie
The hunting area covers coastal rainforest, Rocky Mountains, interior plateau terrain with mixed hardwood and softwood forest providing excellent cover and browse. Elevation ranges from 800-2000 metres in the mountain zones. Creek bottoms and ridgelines create natural travel corridors. Terrain is generally moderate with some steep sections.
