From Inuvik, head north — the drive takes approximately fly-in access required. GPS coordinates: 60.8°N, 115.7°W. Roads are paved all the way to the access point, making it accessible year-round. Cell service is generally available until the last 15 minutes of the drive.

Public boat launch with paved ramp and trailer parking for 20+ vehicles. Day-use parking fee of $5-10 applies during peak season (May-September). Shore fishing access is available along the eastern bank. Arrive early on weekends during peak season — the lot fills up by 7 AM.

Spring (May-June): Post-ice-out is prime time for Pike. Water temperatures are ideal and fish are actively feeding after the long winter.
Summer (July-August): Switch to early morning and late evening bites. Deep water trolling produces best results.
Fall (September-October): Arguably the best season — cooler water triggers aggressive feeding. Fewer crowds and excellent catch rates.
Winter: Ice fishing is productive from January through March. Check ice conditions with local outfitters.

Maximum depth: 50m. The lake bottom features a mix of gravel beds, submerged timber, and weed beds that provide excellent habitat structure. The surrounding landscape is tundra with a mix of open meadow and forested shoreline. Water clarity is moderate — 1-3 metres visibility depending on season. Watch for submerged rocks near the northern shore.
